Studio Sosim(이하 “운영자”)은 탱구: 숫자 퍼즐·틱택토·오목(이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하며, 이용자가 어떤 선택을 할 수 있는지 설명합니다.

1. 운영자가 직접 수집하는 정보

  • 앱에는 회원가입, 로그인 또는 사용자 계정 기능이 없습니다.
  • 운영자는 이름, 전화번호, 주소, 이메일, 사진, 연락처 또는 정확한 위치를 앱에서 직접 입력받지 않습니다.
  • 숫자 퍼즐과 틱택토의 진행 상태, 선택 언어, 남은 플레이 횟수 및 충전 시각은 이용자의 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.
  • 위 로컬 게임 데이터는 Studio Sosim의 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 운영자가 원격으로 열람할 수 없습니다.

2. 광고 서비스와 자동 처리 정보

앱은 배너 광고와 선택형 보상 광고를 제공하기 위해 Google AdMob 및 Google Mobile Ads SDK를 사용합니다. Google은 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 이용 방지, 보안 및 서비스 개선을 위해 다음과 같은 정보를 자동으로 처리할 수 있습니다.

  • IP 주소 및 이를 바탕으로 추정한 대략적인 위치
  • 광고 식별자 등 기기 또는 앱 관련 식별자
  • 표시되거나 시청한 광고, 광고 클릭 및 동영상 시청 같은 상호작용 정보
  • 앱 실행 및 기능 이용과 관련된 상호작용 정보
  • 충돌 기록, 진단 정보, 앱 실행 시간 및 성능 정보

이 정보는 Google의 개인정보처리방침과 광고 관련 정책에 따라 처리되며, 이용자의 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. Studio Sosim은 Google이 보유한 정보를 직접 열람하거나 임의로 삭제할 수 없습니다.

3. 광고 선택과 동의

  • 보상 광고 시청은 이용자의 선택입니다. 광고를 끝까지 시청한 경우에만 게임 내 전구가 지급됩니다.
  • 게임 화면에는 배너 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.
  • 적용되는 법률 또는 플랫폼 정책에 따라 광고 개인정보 선택이나 동의 화면이 표시될 수 있습니다.
  • 사용자는 기기 설정을 통해 광고 관련 설정을 관리할 수 있습니다.
    • iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적
    • Android: 설정 → Google → 광고 → 광고 개인정보 보호
    메뉴 이름과 위치는 운영체제 및 기기 버전에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
  • 동의 상태와 기기 설정에 따라 맞춤형 광고 또는 비맞춤형 광고가 제공될 수 있습니다.

4. 외부 링크

메인 화면의 Instagram 및 X 버튼은 외부 서비스로 이동합니다. 외부 서비스에서 이루어지는 정보 처리는 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

5. 보관 기간과 삭제

  • 기기에 저장된 게임 데이터는 앱이 설치되어 있는 동안 보관됩니다.
  • 앱을 삭제하면 일반적으로 해당 기기의 로컬 게임 데이터도 삭제됩니다. 기기 백업 설정에 따라 백업본이 남을 수 있습니다.
  • 광고 서비스가 처리하는 정보의 보관 기간과 삭제 방식은 Google의 정책을 따릅니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 아동의 이름, 연락처 또는 계정 정보를 직접 입력받는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 아동이 앱을 이용하는 경우 보호자가 기기의 개인정보 보호, 광고 및 연령 관련 설정을 확인하고 지도해 주시기 바랍니다.

7. 개인정보 보호를 위한 조치

운영자는 핵심 게임 기능을 오프라인 우선 방식으로 제공하고, 운영자 서버로 전송되는 정보를 최소화하도록 앱을 구성합니다. 운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 직접 판매하지 않습니다.

8. 이용자의 권리와 선택

앱 자체에는 운영자가 보유하는 사용자 계정이나 서버 데이터가 없으므로, 운영자가 원격으로 조회하거나 삭제할 게임 정보가 없습니다. 이용자는 앱 삭제, iOS 또는 Android 기기 설정 변경 및 Google의 개인정보 설정을 통해 로컬 데이터와 광고 관련 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다.

9. AI 제작 이미지 안내

탱구 캐릭터는 운영자가 직접 창작한 원작 캐릭터입니다. 성공 화면 등 일부 그래픽 이미지는 운영자가 소유한 탱구 캐릭터 이미지를 참고자료로 제공하고 인공지능(AI) 이미지 생성 또는 보정 도구를 활용하여 제작한 뒤, 앱의 목적과 디자인에 맞게 선택하고 편집했습니다.

10. 방침 변경

앱 기능, 광고 서비스 또는 관련 법령이 변경되면 이 방침이 수정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 또는 공개된 개인정보처리방침 페이지를 통해 안내하며, 최신 시행일을 표시합니다.

Privacy Policy

Studio Sosim (the “Operator”) respects the privacy of users of Tanggu: Number Puzzle & Omok (the “App”). This policy explains what information may be processed and what choices are available to users.

1. Information collected directly by the Operator

  • The App does not provide registration, login, or user account features.
  • The Operator does not directly ask users to enter a name, phone number, address, email address, photo, contacts, or precise location.
  • Number-puzzle and Tic-Tac-Toe progress, the selected language, remaining plays, and recharge times are stored locally on the user’s device.
  • This local game data is not sent to a Studio Sosim server and cannot be remotely viewed by the Operator.

2. Advertising services and automatically processed data

The App uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide banner ads and optional rewarded ads. Google may automatically process information such as the following for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement:

  • IP address and an approximate location inferred from it
  • Device- or app-related identifiers, including an advertising identifier
  • Ads displayed or viewed, ad clicks, video views, and related interactions
  • App launches and product interaction information
  • Crash logs, diagnostics, launch time, and performance information

This information is handled under Google’s privacy and advertising policies and may be processed outside the user’s country. Studio Sosim cannot directly access or independently delete information retained by Google.

3. Advertising choices and consent

  • Watching a rewarded ad is optional. In-game bulbs are granted only after the ad is completed.
  • Banner ads may appear on game screens.
  • A privacy choice or consent message may be shown where required by law or platform policy.
  • Users can manage advertising-related settings through their device settings.
    • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
    • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Ads privacy
    Menu names and locations may vary depending on the operating system and device version.
  • Personalized or non-personalized ads may be served depending on consent status and device settings.

4. External links

The Instagram and X buttons on the main screen open external services. Information processed by those services is governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Retention and deletion

  • Local game data remains on the device while the App is installed.
  • Deleting the App generally removes its local game data from that device. A copy may remain in a device backup depending on the user’s backup settings.
  • Retention and deletion of advertising data are governed by Google’s policies.

6. Children’s privacy

The App does not provide a feature for children to directly submit a name, contact details, or account information. When a child uses the App, a parent or guardian should review and manage the device’s privacy, advertising, and age-related settings.

7. Privacy safeguards

Core game features are designed to work offline, and the App is configured to minimize information sent to servers operated by the Operator. The Operator does not directly sell users’ personal information.

8. User rights and choices

Because the App does not maintain user accounts or game data on an Operator-controlled server, the Operator has no remote account or game record to access or delete. Users can manage local data and advertising choices by deleting the App, changing iOS or Android device settings, and using Google’s privacy controls.

9. AI-generated image disclosure

Tanggu is an original character created by the Operator. Some graphics, including success-screen images, were created or enhanced with artificial intelligence (AI) tools using Operator-owned Tanggu character images as references, and were then selected and edited by the Operator to fit the purpose and design of the App.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when App features, advertising services, or applicable laws change. Material changes will be communicated in the App or on the public policy page, and the latest effective date will be shown.

Studio Sosim（以下「運営者」）は、タング：数字パズル・まるばつ・五目（以下「本アプリ」）を利用する方のプライバシーを大切にします。本ポリシーでは、本アプリで処理される可能性のある情報と、利用者が選択できる事項について説明します。

1. 運営者が直接収集する情報

  • 本アプリには、会員登録、ログイン、ユーザーアカウント機能はありません。
  • 運営者は、氏名、電話番号、住所、メールアドレス、写真、連絡先、正確な位置情報を本アプリ内で直接入力させることはありません。
  • 数字パズルと三目並べの進行状況、選択言語、残りプレイ回数、回復時刻は利用者の端末内に保存されます。
  • これらのローカルゲームデータはStudio Sosimのサーバーへ送信されず、運営者が遠隔で閲覧することはできません。

2. 広告サービスと自動的に処理される情報

本アプリは、バナー広告および任意のリワード広告を提供するため、Google AdMobとGoogle Mobile Ads SDKを使用します。Googleは、広告配信、効果測定、不正利用防止、セキュリティ、サービス改善のため、次の情報を自動的に処理する場合があります。

  • IPアドレスおよびそこから推定されるおおよその位置
  • 広告識別子を含む端末またはアプリに関する識別子
  • 表示・視聴した広告、広告のクリック、動画視聴などの操作情報
  • アプリの起動や機能利用に関する操作情報

3. 広告に関する選択と同意

  • リワード広告の視聴は任意です。広告を最後まで視聴した場合にのみ、ゲーム内の電球が付与されます。
  • ゲーム画面にバナー広告が表示される場合があります。
  • 法律またはプラットフォームの方針により必要な場合、プライバシー選択または同意画面が表示されることがあります。
  • 利用者は端末の設定から広告に関する設定を管理できます。
    • iOS：設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング
    • Android：設定 → Google → 広告 → 広告のプライバシー
    メニューの名称や場所は、OSおよび端末のバージョンによって異なる場合があります。
  • 同意状況や端末設定に応じて、パーソナライズ広告または非パーソナライズ広告が配信される場合があります。

4. 外部リンク

メイン画面のInstagramおよびXボタンは外部サービスを開きます。外部サービスにおける情報の取扱いには、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

5. 保存期間と削除

  • ローカルゲームデータは、本アプリが端末にインストールされている間保存されます。
  • 本アプリを削除すると、通常はその端末内のローカルゲームデータも削除されます。端末のバックアップ設定によっては、バックアップに残る場合があります。
  • 広告サービスが処理する情報の保存期間と削除方法はGoogleのポリシーに従います。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリには、子どもが氏名、連絡先、アカウント情報を直接送信する機能はありません。子どもが本アプリを利用する場合は、保護者が端末のプライバシー、広告、年齢に関する設定を確認し、管理してください。

7. プライバシー保護のための措置

主要なゲーム機能はオフラインで動作するよう設計され、運営者のサーバーへ送信される情報を最小限に抑える構成となっています。運営者が利用者の個人情報を直接販売することはありません。

8. 利用者の権利と選択

本アプリは運営者が管理するサーバー上にユーザーアカウントやゲームデータを保存しないため、運営者が遠隔で開示または削除できるアカウント・ゲーム記録はありません。利用者は、本アプリの削除、iOSまたはAndroid端末の設定変更、Googleのプライバシー管理機能により、ローカルデータと広告に関する選択を管理できます。

9. AIで制作した画像について

タングは運営者が自ら創作したオリジナルキャラクターです。成功画面など一部のグラフィック画像は、運営者が所有するタングのキャラクター画像を参照資料として提供し、人工知能（AI）による画像生成または補正ツールを活用して制作したうえで、本アプリの目的とデザインに合うよう運営者が選定・編集しています。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

本アプリの機能、広告サービス、または適用法令が変更された場合、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更は本アプリまたは公開されているポリシーページで案内し、最新の施行日を表示します。
